All passing by segments should work like roads do.
Transport fever passing siding.
As there are no signals in the passing siding section the path covers all the way through to the end of the other station.
Passing siding configuration when a second train is added to this configuration both get stuck in the station.
Terminals or those where trains have to reverse to go back b siding opportunities where you need the train to.
If a train passes a green signal indicating a free path ahead the path to the next signal or station is reserved for the train.
Despite the passing siding they try to reserve the path to the next stop or signal on the way.
Each track is one way only.
Passing loop or siding passing loops allow two trains to share one track.
Signals in transport fever are path signals.
You ll see without signals the line will just go back and forth on a single track but with a signal at each end of the double track section the line will go up one side and down the other.
All passing loops in tpf2 are dynamic so intended that the trains pass at line speed therefore each loop is effectively a small double track section so all trains should be signalled to go right or left into the loop.
These trains can share a line or be on two separate lines.
By passing another signal leaving the station or diverting of to another path at switch.
